I get things moving at 10am so there are no uncomfortable silences.
You share the thing that's properly frustrating the hell out of you.
I give you a way through it, we laugh at how simple it is, you go do the thing.
You come back with the next thing, and we go again, and again, until 3pm.
You walk away a bit giddy at how much we got through, scrolling back through the texts and voicenotes, knowing you’ll probably have to go through them again tomorrow.
My 1:1 Telegram Days were legendary, and then I stopped them for a while. Now they're back by popular demand, because so many of you want short, sharp bursts of Gemma Brilliance to get you moving. This time in WhatsApp [I've gone right off Telegram].
You see, there's a particular kind of stuck that doesn't need a programme.
It needs somebody who's seen it four hundred times to look at it for four minutes and tell you which way it goes.
You know the sort. The pricing decision you've turned over for three weeks and haven't moved on. The offer that isn't landing and you can't work out whether it's the offer or the copy. The launch you're about to run with a feeling that something in it is wrong. That nagging doubt you know needs someone who gives a shit to talk you through it. The AI thing everybody's telling you to do, and you can't decide which bit is real and which bit is noise and nonsense.
None of that is a six-month engagement. It's a handful of decisions that have been sitting in a queue behind each other, mounting up like your washing pile, and every week they sit there they cost you money and angst.
Most of what's stopping you isn't complicated. It just needs the right brain to look at it and tell you which way to go.
From 10am to 3pm on your day, my attention is all over your business. You message me on WhatsApp with whatever you're stuck on, and I come back by voicenote or text.
Then you go away, think about it, do the thing, hit the next wall, and message me again. That's the point. It runs all day, back and forth, so you're not rationing your questions or saving the good one for the end.
Bring anything. Strategy, positioning, offers, pricing, marketing, sales, launches, funnels, content, hiring, capacity, leadership, mindset, energetics, adopting AI without losing your mind. Send me copy to react to, numbers to sanity-check, a decision you can't make.
I love a good challenge.
I'm known for speed. It's my middle name. Well, actually it's not, it's Catherine, but you get the point.
A strategy call gives you sixty minutes and a list of things to go and think about. By the time the thinking's done, the momentum's gone and half of it never happens [no, it's not just you].
A day of voicenotes and texts works differently, because the loop is short enough to actually close. You ask, you get the answer inside the hour, you act on it while you're still holding it, and then you bring me what happened. By 3pm you've been round that loop four or six times, which is considerably more movement than most people get from a month of coaching.
You're not paying for my time. You're paying for simple solutions that saved you months.
Most of what you'll send me, I've seen a version of before. Many times.
I'm running four a month. Once they're gone, they're gone.
Once you've paid I'll send you the available dates and you choose.
Not sure it's right? Send me one line about what's stuck and I'll tell you straight, including when the answer's no.
Message me on WhatsAppWhere the thing gets built rather than decided, and your £500 comes off it if you book within 30 days.
Go and have a look, the fancy pants page is here.
See The RoomIt's just getting older, and more expensive, because everything downstream of it is waiting too.
Five hours, £500, and by 3pm you'll have made it back, and then some.
